When people search for a coffee cart, what they usually want is the whole thing handled — not a cart dropped off for someone else to figure out. That's how we run it. Our mobile coffee cart arrives staffed, stocked, and ready, and it leaves with everything it came with.
The cart is fully self-contained. It carries a commercial espresso machine and grinder, all the beans and milk, cups, lids, syrups, and supplies for your guest count. It fits in about eight to ten feet and runs off a standard 110V outlet, so it works in an office lobby, a hotel ballroom, a warehouse, or the middle of a lawn.
We arrive early enough to set up without getting in the way of your event, serve for the block of time you've booked, then break down and haul everything out. Cleanup is ours. Most clients tell us the part they valued most was not having to think about it.

We're an independent mobile caterer, so the cart goes wherever your guests are — venue, office, or someone's back garden.
Downtown and Midtown make up a large share of what we do — hotel receptions at The Citizen and The Sterling, galas near the Convention Center, and corporate mornings across the state agencies, law firms, and the Aggie Square and Golden 1 Center corridor. Load-in downtown can be tight, so we scout the access route with your venue coordinator ahead of the date.
On the wedding side we're regularly at Vizcaya, The Firehouse in Old Sacramento, Scribner Bend Vineyards, and the Old Sugar Mill over in Clarksburg, plus estate weddings through East Sacramento and Land Park where the reception is in a garden and the nearest outlet is a long way from the marquee. We plan for that in advance rather than on the day.
The rest is neighborhood work — birthdays and graduations in Natomas, Curtis Park, and Oak Park, open houses and grand openings along the corridors, and school and community events. If you're just outside the city in West Sacramento, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, or Fair Oaks, that's still comfortably inside our normal radius.
