Quotes & bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the event details you provide and are subject to availability and final confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed to the details in writing and received any required deposit. Final pricing depends on guest count, event duration, menu selections, travel distance, and any custom requests.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to change or cancel your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable deposit, will be set out in your booking confirmation.
Event responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, reasonable access to the event location, adequate space for the coffee cart, and access to a standard power source where required. We will confirm setup requirements in advance.
